For Tenaris Dalmine S.p.A., ProSafe acted as Construction Manager, CSP and CSE for a number of projects, including the replacement of cooling towers and asbestos roofing remediation at the Dalmine plant.
In addition, ProSafe has provided occupational safety services as an external ASPP, ensuring the health and safety of workers in the Steelworks and FAS factories.
In the area of machinery and equipment certification, ProSafe verified compliance with Annex V of Legislative Decree 81/08 for several pieces of equipment, including drills, continuous casting plants and heat treatment lines. It has also handled CE marking for various machines, including Tenaris University’s robotic island and ultrasonic nondestructive testing system.
Finally, health and environmental risk assessments were conducted, covering aspects such as electromagnetic fields and microclimate, thus ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
